    Building Design

    UTC's key staff has more than 30 years’ experiences in design and structural substantiation of various building design, product design and structural analysis using classic calculation and finite element analysis (FEA) numerical simulation. It covers wide range from high rise buildings, shopping mall complex, multi-story industry buildings, to bungalow with swimming pool complex, amply theatre etc. Among high rise buildings in the region; either offices, residential buildings or mixed developments such as Sun Plaza; the structures are designed with reinforced concrete frame/shear wall systems, composite frame or pre-stress RC with the techniques of stage-post tension or pre-tension, withstanding seismic load, wind load in accordance with relevant building authorities’ code of practice.
